To access certain services, you must create an account through our website, hosted by GoHighLevel. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email, payment details, phone number, and business name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

5. Payment Terms

  • We accept payment via credit cards.
  • Some services require upfront payment, while others offer payment plans. The specific payment terms will be outlined at the time of purchase.
  • Prices for some services are fixed, while others vary based on your specific needs.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any of our services.
  • Subscriptions: Subscriptions are automatically renewed until canceled. Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for early cancellations.

Coaching Disclaimer

Our coaching services provide personal and professional guidance, but we cannot guarantee specific results. Outcomes may vary depending on individual effort, personal circumstances, and other factors outside of our control.

Breathwork Disclaimer

By participating in our Somatic Breathwork sessions, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Voluntary Participation: Somatic Breathwork involves guided breathing exercises and body awareness practices. Your participation is voluntary.
  • Consult Your Healthcare Provider: If you have any medical conditions, physical limitations, or psychological concerns, you should consult your healthcare provider before participating. This workshop is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.
  • Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your own well-being during sessions. Please listen to your body and stop the exercises if you experience discomfort or adverse reactions. The facilitators are not responsible for any physical or emotional harm that may result from your participation.
  • Privacy: The workshop will be conducted virtually, with participant video turned off to ensure a private and focused experience.
  • Waiver of Liability: By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless facilitators and organizers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the session.

Contraindications

Do not participate in specific breathwork sessions if you have any of the following conditions without prior consultation with your healthcare provider:

  • Severe cardiovascular conditions
  • Severe respiratory issues (e.g., asthma, COPD)
  • Severe mental health disorders or are on SSRIs
  • Pregnancy
  • Recent surgery or physical injury
  • Severe epilepsy or a history of seizures

8. User Conduct and Termination

By using our services, you agree to:

14. SMS Messaging Program

The Playing Field SMS Communication

By opting into The Playing Field SMS Communication program, you agree to receive text messages including event reminders, follow-up/check-in messages, and promotional offers. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply based on your mobile provider.

Unsubscribe

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the shortcode provided in the messages. Once we receive your “STOP” request, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, you can sign up again as you did initially, and we will resume sending messages.
